Comfortable room with separate entrance, airy and bright, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, hot and cold water, refrigerator, telephone; with bathroom and kitchen dining room, only 15 minutes walking from the center of the city of Holguin. Very close to the Infertility Consultation in the Specialized Territorial Center for Assisted Reproduction in Lenin Hospital (cerca de la Consulta de infertilidad en el Centro Territorial Especializado de Reproducción Asistida en el Hospital Lenin de Holguín). I live on the property and i am available to offer guidance and assistance to guests.

House Rules
- The guests must be registered in the Tenants Registry as stipulated by the Cuban immigration authorities.
- In case of misplacing the keys of the room, a charge of 5 CUC will be charged.
- Smoking allowed in the open air; inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
- We have a dog so we cannot receive guests with allergies to this type of animal.
